Service Description: Digital aerial photography was acquired March 25th – March 29th, 2010, suitable for the production of color orthophotography at a 6-inch ground pixel resolution. The photography was obtained during leaf off conditions and when there was no snow on the ground. Control for the project was collected using Airborne Global Positioning System (ABGPS), and ground-based GPS technology. The horizontal and vertical coordinates are referenced to WISCRS (NAD83 in Feet) and NAVD88. PLSS section tiled 6-inch resolution digital orthophotography was developed for 1"= 100' scale mapping for the entire county. Orthophotography was provided in color bandwidths (RGB). Deliveries include: digital orthoimagery in GeoTIFF format tiled in PLSS section tiles, digital orthoimagery for the entire County in MrSID format tiled by political townships, a single seamless MrSID orthophoto of the entire project area in the Wisconsin Coordinate Reference System (WISCRS)– Outagamie County, a single seamless MrSID orthophoto of the entire project area in the Latitude/Longitude Coordinate System, and a single, seamless MrSID black and white orthophoto of the entire project area in the Wisconsin Coordinate Reference System (WISCRS) – Outagamie County.
